Two brothers, Skip & Ian Murphy started making ties in Martha Vineyards in 1998 and have been having success, fun, and popularity ever since. Their philosophy is to make quality product that people like to wear and offer the best customer service possible. On top of that they have fun and they know their customers do too. Vineyard Vines is their business with stores in all our favorite cities, i.e. Cape Cod, Georgetown, Westport, etc.. We know our college friends love their new college ties. Today, the day before Christmas Eve they Twitter “Wishing you white sand and blue skies. Happy Holidays! See you in the New Year.” Offering this twitpic (shown below) of the two brothers/founder of Vineyard Vines riding into the ocean with a Christmas tree on their boat.
At Beach Finds we loved their fun branding, reminding us all; this holiday is about relaxing, family and good cheer. Naturally at Beach finds we are heading into an Island Holiday weekend. We love classic styles, preppy, nautical, and beachie style fashions! So if you’re heading to the beach add a little color Men with Vineyard Vines patchwork madras cargo shorts. And gals nothing is more practically then a polo dress that rolls up and goes everywhere in that carry on bag. Bon voyage and Happy Holidays!

Thinking about the Holidays is often an expensive thought when living or celebrating at your beach house. With guests flying in, college kids coming home, extended family, and relatives arriving a beach house is always filled. This season at Beach Finds we suggest keeping your holiday table simple and cost-effective. Pull out your best stemware than design a holiday table around it. Shop for basic holiday entertainment pieces like tall candles, beaded placemats, and candle holders. Keep the rest simple with a touch of a pine cone, seashell, or pear as shown on HGTV.
Not only is this a beach find, it is a beach house find. This beach house in Southhampton has a rooftop terrace and room for multiple guests. Nestled between the bay and the ocean, this 12,000-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three guest suites, an outdoor pool and low contemporary lines that parallel the plane of the horizon. Built by Alexander Gorlin Architects to accommodate a family of four and designed with entertainment in mind. Living on the beach is a luxury to anyone and this family along with their Architect designed the perfect beach find.
